Značka MG už rozhodně není, co bývala. V čínském vlastnictví zaplavuje trh SUV levnými a dostupnými modely, ale má nízké hodnocení spolehlivosti (2025).

Nedávno jsme přešli z ID3 na MGS5. Pro mě je S5 slušným vylepšením. Kvalita zpracování mě opravdu překvapila, zvlášť v interiéru. Jízda je také příjemně pevná a podle mého názoru lepší než u ID3. MGS5 je o něco rychlejší, ale ne natolik, aby to bylo znatelně patrné, a díky své velikosti je také praktičtější.

Už mám za sebou časy, kdy jsem si myslel, že MG je jen levná čínská alternativa. Zajeďte si na testovací jízdu, uvidíte!
